Acknowledgement of Country

We gather here today on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We acknowledge the Kaurna people as the traditional custodians of this land that we live, work and learn on.

We respect their spiritual relationship with their country and recognise that their cultural beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.

This land always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

We pay our respects to elders past, present and future. We also honour the cultural authority of Aboriginal people attending from other areas of Australia.
